The “Fat Burning Zone” is a Myth!
Ever hear that there's a fat burning zone and a cardio zone? Well it's a lie! The best way to burn fat is to burn calories and the best way to burn calories is to work as hard as you an for as long as you can. So, what does this mean? It means that it's better to go than to stay. And, if you go, go hard! Welcome to Cardio-Go!

Take your habits and forget 'em!
One of the best ways to get more results from the same amount of time is to do something your body isn't so used to, so take your habits and forget them! Rotate the equipment! One day do intervals and the next keep the speed the same. Use three pieces of cardio on the same day. Your Cardio-Go trainer will have many more options for you to try. Ask them!

Don't Go Thirsty!
Want an easy way to speed up your metabolism while getting a healthier body as well as a better performance? Drink lots of water. Hydrated muscles are less likely to spasm and more likely to perform at their best. Organs and a person's digestive system perform better while well hydrated. And, if you didn't need any more reason, your metabolism will run faster allowing you to burn more fat in a day if you drink lots of water too. So, stop talking about it, and get into the habit of drinking at least 1.5 litres per day!

After Cardio, the Food of Choice is Carbs
If you impress us and go for a really tough cardio workout, make sure you finish with some good fruit or a gatorade. The most important thing to replenish is your glycogen, and that can be done with simple sugars like the ones found in juicy fruits. Protein can come an hour or two later but immediately, you'll want some fruit.
